Highest Use Commercial Real Estate respects the privacy of property owners and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through the highest-use review request form, including your name, company, email address, phone number, property address, asset type, property details, your message, and any documents you upload. We also record whether you consented to be contacted, the wording of that consent, and the date and time it was given. We may also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How information is used

Information is used to review the property you submit, to respond to your request, and to communicate with you about commercial real estate brokerage services. We do not sell your information.

Communications and consent

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text message at the number and address you provide, including through automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, use the unsubscribe option in an email, or ask us directly to stop contacting you. We do not sell or share your phone number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers who help operate this website and manage communications, and where required by law. Property information may be used in marketing materials only with the owner authorization contemplated by a written agreement.

Advertising measurement

Meta advertising tracking is currently inactive. If enabled, Meta may receive successful guide-request and property-inquiry events, browser and connection information, and advertising cookies for measurement and ad optimization. We do not send form names, emails, phone numbers, property addresses, or continuation tokens to Meta. An inquiry event means a saved request, not a qualified lead, transaction, or customer.

Advertising acceptance is separate from contact permission and marketing-email permission. Without explicit acceptance, advertising is blocked in consent-required or unresolved regions. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement may run, subject to your saved refusal and browser privacy opt-outs. Open Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject advertising or withdraw later. We retain the notice, visitor choice, time, and prior acceptance evidence, and reference the applicable choice and region with a saved request. Requests remain available regardless of that choice. No customer matching or server-side Meta reporting is enabled.

Security and retention

Submissions are stored using access controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and meet recordkeeping obligations.
